What is habilitas?
In Habilitas Solutions for Tourism we are tourism business advisors. A tourism consultancy that combines two main activities: tourism companies support to boost their competitiveness and assistance & investment to startups through bluvoyager ventures.

As tourism advisors we know our sector is highly atomized and fragmented, but also in constant expansion and reinvention. Scalability, volume and operational efficiency are key factors for competitiveness improvement. The entry barriers are relatively unimportant and technology is a core part of the business.
This complex ecosystem requires knowledge, global vision and proven experience. At Habilitas we have a team with a long executive background and multidisciplinary business tourism career.
Delfí Torns
Delfí Torns has been in the tourism and services sector for more than 25 years, 12 of them as General Manager in three companies with different activities (Global DMC, Incoming & TTOO and Restaurant franchising).
In all of them he had full responsibility in the strategic, operational, IT, finance, sales and marketing, Human Resources and the P&L account. Delfí is totally convinced that the real competitive advantage is the human factor, management and innovation. He is a partner of multiple startups and companies focused on improving the tourism industry through technology and people.
Delfí has great attitudes to live in a changing environment (in fact has been an executive for all types of companies: multinationals, family companies, public institution, investment fund, SMEs …) and also has very good skills to face challenges and transform local projects in regional or global projects. It has a proven track record of getting companies that were in losses to get into the profit area.
His business career has been focused on growth, expansion, international alliances and business development. His long-term relationships with customers, suppliers and partners has allowed him to have an excellent network of contacts in the sector. His passion for defining, communicating and dreaming have always been guaranteed by a management principal: making things happen.
